The Cultural Tours

Posted Mar 30th, 2012 under Culture & Festivals,

On this March, Nineteen people from Denmark travelled to Nepal to experience something different. They were here to know the history of the country, know the people, experience the Culture and see the elusive one horned Rhino and the Bengal Tiger.

This curious group of people visited the historical sites of the Kathmandu Valley. This small valley is known to be the city of temples and shrines as once there were more shrines than the people and more temples than the houses. Thereafter, they were driven to Bandipur through a lush and green highway. Like Kathmandu, the town of Bandipur is dominated by the ethnic group of Newari people.

The dense forest of Chitwan and the varieties of animals found in this protected National Park and magnificent Mountain View from the most popular city of Pokhara has been a great attractions.
