  1. Dear Sir / Madam

I would like to find out how I can attend Climate Change Conference – 4 to 5 October 2010 which am sure that it will also look on environmental issues around the world and if you can be able to offer a sponsorship towards Transport, Registration, Accommodation, Food and Eduycation Materials, it will add a lot of value to my work as an Environmental Educator here in Zambia and also to share the experience past through.

I will appreciate if you consider this application. By doing so you are helping us all, as you may be aware we are the developing country and we need a lot of assistance.

    My best regards
