Hotel Vaishali is located at the centre of Kathmandu’s tourist hub Thamel and lies about 9kms from Tribhuvan International Airport. The hotel has 95 elegant air conditioned rooms and 8 suites. The rooms have been equipped with attached bathrooms. The rooms also have  colour television and international direct dial service. The hotel has two restaurants , a coffee shop and a bar. At Rang –Mahal and Paanchali, Vaishali’s multi cuisine restaurants, you get to enjoy Indian, Continental, Chinese, Mughlai and authentic Nepalese cuisines. While dining at Rang – Mahal , a cultural troupe will entertain you with traditional songs and dances. Trishna, the coffee shop, overlooks the hotel’s swimming pool and serves delectable cakes and pastries with a refreshing brew. Maihkana, the hotel’s bar, is the ideal place to chill out after a hectic day. The bar has a wide selection of cocktails and hard drinks.  A conference hall with a seating capacity of 100 pax has been designed for business conferences and seminars. While the smaller banquet hall accomodates about 25-30 people and is ideal for large parties.

The hotel has a swimming pool, health club, and a shopping arcade.Guest facilities include 24 hrs. room service, safe deposit lockers, 24 hrs currency exchange facility , doctor-on-call, laundry & valet service .
