Explore Himalaya conducted a post season performance review meeting on 3rd February 2020. All the tour, trekking and mountain guides of Explore Himalaya attended the meeting. The post season performance review program was organized with an objective to review the season’s performance, spot the areas of improvement and plan for driving performance in the forthcoming season. The attendees were also given tips and guidelines on best practices related to guide behavior, guest handling, guide ethics and sustainable practices by General Manager Anuj Pandey and Manager Kedar Khadka. The meeting also had an interaction session which was followed by refreshment at Marcopolo Restaurant, Chhaya Center. As a travelife certified company, Explore Himalaya conducts such review sessions semiannually after every season to assess performance, goals and achievements; provide feedback and guidelines; and communicate plans with special focus on responsible practices.
