Two weeks in Nepal is never more. Ms. Louise and Ms. Stella Nielsens from Denmark set out on their Nepal tour on March 3^rd with the classic Kipling Travel sightseeing tour of Kathmandu. Kathmandu is a wonderland. The capital city of Nepal politically and bureaucratically- Kathmandu is also a cultural, historical and religious capital of this beautiful Himalayan nation.

During the cultural exploration in the neighborhood of cosmopolitan city Kathmandu at Bungmati and Khokana the Nielsens witnessed the affluent traditional culture of newaris. Continuing the trip to the sub-urban mid-hills of Nepal they made their presence worthwhile during the short hikes to Samari and Nuwakot where they were privileged to experience the home-stays at cultural houses of Tamangs. The next mid-hill Bandipur en-route to Pokhara offered the mesmerizingly striking Himalayan views during the sunsets and sunrises. A small newari settlement is worthwhile exploring a full day.

As the Nielsens arrived to Pokhara they were spellbound to view the high-flying Mt. Fishtail’s mirror image at crystal clear Fewa Lake. The final destination of the trip was to the wildlife paradise- Chitwan National Park. It is a perfect abode for the huge array of permanent species and equally heavenly for the immigrants. Nielsens would never let go the most interesting activity of the park- Wildlife safari. Occupying a seat on the back of giant Asian elephant and penetrating through the dense woodlands with a quest to have a glimpse of one-horned rhino, Bengal tiger, gangetic dolphin, ghariyals and lot of other rare species is wildlife safari at Chitwan.

As the most glorious tour came to an end after covering several mid-hills, cultural vicinities, natural glories and wildlife paradise, Ms. Louise and Ms. Stella departed back home on March 15, 2013 with the very satisfied hearts. Explore Himalaya showed them exactly what they wanted to see in Nepal.
