Evening walk in the streets of Kathmandu- Full of life and incredible activities

Posted Apr 16th, 2014 under Photo Essay,

Chaotic streets yet enchantingly full of life, availability of most of the modern amenities yet lost somewhere in the medieval era, Kathmandu is one of the cities in the world having too much to offer. With more than 2000 temples and monasteries including the 7 UNESCO Heritage Sites, Kathmandu valley itself is a Heritage Valley comprising artistically beautiful cities Kathmandu, Patan and Bhaktapur. Kathmanduians pride on the culture which is totally unique to the rest of the world. The valley of festivals, temples and gods and goddess, Kathmandu can be best explored walking along its crowded streets.

Here we have an example of few photographs which were captured during  30 minutes walk from Kathmandu Durbar Square to Thamel. Have a look.

Happy Explorers

Our itinerary was very good and excellent, never too much or too little. We had plenty of time to acclimatize. So we always felt good and safe. Overall we had an amazing time, made by your exceptional staff who looked after us all the way.
