We stroll through the market square and make our way to Changu Narayan Temple. En route we cross the Salinadi or Sali river. Changu Narayan Temple, a UNESCO world Heritage site is one of the oldest temples in the valley. Dedicated to Lord Vishnu, the temple was built on the 4th Century AD and houses some really exquisite stone sculptures of the Hindu dieties.
