Dear friends,

After years of absence in ITB due to problems in Nepal, it feels nice to share with you that Nepal is gradually getting back to normalcy. So, we have decided to come and meet again this year during ITB Berlin from 7th to 11th march 2007. We shall be at Hall No. 26 booth 106 where I shall be accompanied by Ms. Savneet Bagga, Manager Operations of our India-based office, 'Kipling India Travel' (you can visit www.kiplingpindia.com ) and Mr. Julien, our Marketing Consultant from France.

Suman Pandey
President

This year we have come forth with following programs:

S Tibet

As you know we are one of the leading Whole Sale Operators for Tibet and for the last ten years we have been working constantly towards upgrading our services and quality of operations in Tibet. As a result or our joint venture with Tibet Third Pole Travel, which is the only privately owned Company in Lhasa, we have developed a fleet of our own cars, drivers, guides and a team of well-qualified staffs. Along with our regular tours and fixed departures, we have also added this year treks to Advance Base Camp of Everest and the north col. Beside this, we have also connected our Fixed departures with the famous 'High Altitude Train' running from Beijing to Lhasa on which we have already operated number of departures successfully. You can visit our Web Site for more information on these tours and the dates of departures.

S Nepal

In Nepal, along with the regular Tour Holidays we have organized some special events and Incentives last year which went well and we gained maximum National and International media coverage of our programs. Our 'Mock Marriage' event organized for three Australian groups went superb and this year we have received requests for nine groups who are interested in this program. Our incentive itinerary which included a week long events like Rickshaw Ralley, short trekking, mountain biking, bungee jumping and white water rafting went very well for the group of British Travel agents and Travel Writers. We shall be happy to discuss with you on these experiences during the ITB.

We are excited to inform you of our partnership with a Helicopter Company, "Fish Tail Air" from this year. I have received one more responsibility to drive this company as a Chief Executive Officer. So, there will be offers on Heli Trekking, Aerial Sightseeing, Special mission flights, Rescue operations etc. We expect your valuable suggestion as well as assistance in promoting these new products which had not been highlighted as Tourism Products in Nepal before.

S India

I hope you have been informed that we have expanded our operation in India with our Delhi-based office, "Kipling India Travel". Right from its inception, Kipling India Travel is doing well and has successfully conducted many cultural tours all over India along with Trekking and Climbing Holidays in Garhwal, Ladakh and Sikkim Holidays. We have recently acquired an office space at West Delhi to meet its growing requirements.

Gap Year & Volunteering
We might be one of the few companies looking at this very special segment of the market. In cooperation with our partners from the west, we have successfully designed and operated project holidays for GAP year students and other volunteering enthusiasts. Our seven-week long GAP year Holiday in Manali of Himanchal Pradesh, India and Volunteering holidays in Nuwakot of Nepal tailor-made with Tibet visits have received encouraging comments and there are more requests coming in for similar programs. Similarly, more GAP students are visiting Nepal for Volunteering purpose. We have plans to take up such interest seriously in our future marketing.
