Best Season
The best seasons to visit Nepal for these multi activity trips are autumn, from early September until early December and spring, from the beginning of March until the end of May. During autumn, the weather is generally clear with mild to warm days and cold nights. In the spring, the mornings are usually clear but afternoon cloud build-up brings occasional showers. The days are warm and the displays of wildflowers, such as rhododendrons, are spectacular at this time of year.

Summer in Nepal, from June to September, is the monsoon season. Trekking/Rafting/Biking at this time of year is generally difficult and uncomfortable as the weather is hot and it rains almost every day. Rivers become high, the trails become muddy and are often leech-infested and the mountains are usually obscured by cloud.

Meeting/airport transfers:
In all our packaged trips featured in this site, airport pick up and drop are included. You have to mention your flight detail (Airlines name and arrival time in Kathmandu) while booking any trip with us. One of our tour officers and driver meet and greet you at the airport; escort you to your hotel and brief you about your further activities in detail, collect your flight tickets for reconfirmation and deliver back them later. After your trip is over you will be transferred back to the airport in time to catch your flight back home.

Insurance
Your insurance is not included in our cost. We insure all our staff. Please ensure that you arrange your own insurance for emergency evacuation, personal effects, personal accident, medical travel expenses, baggage, cancellation etc.

Changing Money
Your Hotel’s reception changes money at reasonable rates. Also, in Thamel (main tourist hangout place in Kathmandu) there are many money changers as well. You need to produce your passport or its copy while changing money. Kathmandu now has some ATM machines which accept VISA, Master cards and Switch cards.
